ABSTRACT
We report two cases of non-classical fetal lymphangioma, which were diagnosed at prenatal ultrasonography andconfimed at autopsy. The tumor involved axilla and anterior mediastinum in one case and lower back and thigh inthe other case. The common ultrasonographic findings in both cases were cystic masses with irregular margin andprominent internal septa. In one case, Doppler ultrasonography demonstrated the absence of flow signal in themass.
