Application of artificial intelligence in obstetrics

ABSTRACT
Artificial intelligence technique has been applied to innovative healthcare technology. It analyzes large amount of data to assist in disease prediction, prevention, diagnosis and monitoring patients. In obstetrics field, the application of artificial intelligence technique has been actively conducted and integrated into our daily medical practice. This review provides an overview of artificial intelligence systems currently used for obstetric diagnostic utilities such as fetal cardiotocography, ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging and demonstrates how this method has been developed and clinically applied.
