ABSTRACT
Although renal tumors occur rarely in utero, the most common neoplasm is congenital mesoblastic nephroma and can be detected by prenatal US. We present a case of congenital mesoblastic nephroma diagnosed by prenatal US and MRI, and the postnatal ultrasonographic findings were compared with the pathologic findings.
