ABSTRACT
Poland's syndrome is a rare congenital anomaly characterized by partial or complete absence of the pectoralis major muscle. We report a case with Poland's syndrome in which the pectoralis major muscle was not visualized on mammography and absence of it was confirmed by ultrasonography.
