ABSTRACT
High-resolution ultrasonography of the scrotum is essential for the differentiation of cystic from solid masses of the testis and paratesticular region. A cystic mass of the testis and paratesticular region is usually benign. The high-resolution ultrasonography of the scrotum is the study of choice for the evaluation and follow-up of a cystic mass of the testis or paratesticular region. We demonstrate the high-resolution ultrasonographic findings of the various cystic lesions of the testis and para-testicular region.
