ABSTRACT

Uterine didelphys with hematometra, and ipsilateral renal agenesis is a rare congenital malformation. The association between the uterine didelphys and hematosalpinx is lacking in literature. We report two cases of sonographic findings of the uterine didelphys with hematometra, hematosalpinx, and ipsilateral renal agenesis.
