ABSTRACT
Splenic hemangioma, although rare is the most common primary neoplasm of the spleen. It usually presents as focal echogenic, corresponding to the solid form, or complex, containing solid and cystic area on ultrasonography (US). Recently we experienced one case of splenic mass, presented as homogeneously hypoechoic with mild posterior enhancement on US, shows typical enhancement pattern on three phase spiral computed tomography.
